Equipment

  • Blender
  • Shot glass
  • Jigger or small measuring cup
  • Bar spoon or regular spoon
  • Tall glass or mason jar
  • Teaspoon
  • Straw

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon grenadine
  • 1 tablespoon raspberry syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Baileys Irish Cream optional; omit for alcohol-free version
  • 1 tablespoon peach schnapps or peach juice for mocktail
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  • Add orange juice, pineapple juice, lime juice, and ice cubes to a blender. Blend until slushy.
  • Pour the slush into a tall glass, leaving a bit of room at the top.
  • Slowly drizzle grenadine down the side of the glass to create red streaks.
  • Use a bar spoon to layer raspberry syrup over the top for a “bloody” effect.
  • If using, slowly drizzle Baileys Irish Cream and peach schnapps (or peach juice) over the top with a teaspoon to create the “brain” swirl.
  • Insert a fun straw and serve immediately while the slush is still frozen.
