Chill your glass in the freezer. Rub rim with lime juice and dip in shredded coconut.
Fill shaker with ice. Add bourbon or tequila, white chocolate liqueur, blue curaçao, coconut cream, simple syrup, Cointreau, and lime juice.
Shake hard for 15 seconds until very cold and frothy.
Strain into the prepared glass. Sprinkle on edible glitter if desired.
Notes
For lighter texture, use coconut milk instead of cream. Add extra lime juice for more citrus. Serve in a coupe for best garnish. More white chocolate liqueur makes it richer and more dessert-like.
