Instructions
Add gin, citrus juice, syrup, Campari or cranberry, egg white, and liqueur to a shaker.
Dry shake (no ice) for about 15 seconds to get a good foam.
Add ice and shake again until well chilled.
Double strain into a coupe for neat or a rocks glass with ice.
Top with prosecco, soda water, tonic, or ginger beer if desired.
Garnish with rosemary, star anise, or citrus twist.
Notes
Honey syrup adds richness, rosemary syrup is more herbal. Sloe gin makes it fruitier; Campari adds bitterness. Taste before serving and adjust for balance. Garnish to your liking.
