Equipment

  • Highball glass or wine glass
  • Cocktail shaker or mixing glass
  • Bar spoon
  • Measuring jigger
  • Small strainer
  • Ice cubes
  • Small plate

Ingredients

  • 3 oz White cranberry juice
  • 1 oz Vodka
  • 0.5 oz Elderflower liqueur or white grape juice for sweetness
  • 0.5 oz Lime juice fresh
  • 2 oz Prosecco or sparkling water
  • Ice cubes to fill the glass
  • Fresh cranberries for garnish
  • Rosemary sprig for garnish

Instructions

  • Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice.
  • Add vodka, white cranberry juice, elderflower liqueur, and lime juice.
  • Shake briefly to chill, then strain into a chilled highball glass filled with fresh ice.
  • Top with prosecco (or sparkling water) and give a gentle stir.
  • Garnish with fresh cranberries and a rosemary sprig. Serve immediately.

Notes

Serve right away to keep the fizz lively. For a sweeter spritz, use lemon-lime soda or ginger ale instead of sparkling water. For a mocktail, skip the vodka and prosecco, and use white grape juice plus soda.
