Ingredients

  • 3 oz white cranberry juice
  • 1.5 oz gin omit for mocktail
  • 0.5 oz lemon juice fresh
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup adjust to taste
  • 2 oz club soda or ginger ale
  • rosemary sprig for garnish and flavor
  • fresh cranberries optional garnish
  • ice cubes

Instructions

  • Fill cocktail shaker with ice and add white cranberry juice, gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
  • Shake for 10–15 seconds until well chilled.
  • Strain into a glass filled with fresh ice.
  • Top with club soda or ginger ale and stir gently with a bar spoon.
  • Garnish with a rosemary sprig and cranberries if desired.

Notes

To enhance rosemary flavor, lightly crush the sprig before adding. Swap club soda with ginger ale for a sweeter taste. Easily adapted into a mocktail by omitting gin.
