  • Champagne flutes
  • Pitcher or mixing glass
  • Measuring jigger
  • Bar spoon
  • Ice bucket

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle Prosecco or sparkling wine 750 ml, chilled
  • 2 cups White cranberry juice chilled
  • Fresh cranberries for garnish
  • Rosemary sprigs optional garnish
  • Sugar optional, for rimming

Instructions

  • Chill the prosecco and white cranberry juice for at least 2 hours.
  • Optional: Rim each champagne flute with sugar by dipping the rim in a little juice, then in sugar.
  • Pour 2 ounces of white cranberry juice into each flute.
  • Slowly top with 4 ounces of prosecco to preserve the bubbles.
  • Stir gently with a bar spoon. Garnish with fresh cranberries and a rosemary sprig, if desired.

Notes

For a drier taste, choose a brut prosecco. Serve immediately so the cocktail stays lively and bubbly. Keep juice and wine chilled separately if batching for a party and combine just before serving.
