A crisp, sparkling holiday cocktail made with white cranberry juice and prosecco. Lightly tart, gently sweet, and refreshingly bubbly—perfect for festive toasts.
Chill the prosecco and white cranberry juice for at least 2 hours.
Optional: Rim each champagne flute with sugar by dipping the rim in a little juice, then in sugar.
Pour 2 ounces of white cranberry juice into each flute.
Slowly top with 4 ounces of prosecco to preserve the bubbles.
Stir gently with a bar spoon. Garnish with fresh cranberries and a rosemary sprig, if desired.
Notes
For a drier taste, choose a brut prosecco. Serve immediately so the cocktail stays lively and bubbly. Keep juice and wine chilled separately if batching for a party and combine just before serving.
