Ingredients

  • 1 cup apple cider chilled
  • 1 cup white cranberry juice chilled
  • 2 oz vodka or rum, whiskey, or brandy
  • 1 oz lime juice or lemon juice
  • 1 oz simple syrup optional, to taste
  • 2 oz ginger ale or prosecco or sparkling water
  • apple slices for garnish
  • orange wedges or pears, for garnish
  • cinnamon sticks or cloves/star anise
  • pomegranate juice optional splash

Instructions

  • Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice.
  • Add apple cider, white cranberry juice, vodka, and citrus juice.
  • Add simple syrup if using, and shake for 10–15 seconds.
  • Strain into a glass filled with fresh ice.
  • Top with ginger ale, prosecco, or sparkling water.
  • Stir gently and garnish with apple slices, citrus wedges, or a cinnamon stick.

Notes

Swap sweeteners and bubbles to suit your taste. Spice it up with warming flavors like cinnamon or clove. Serve in a pitcher for gatherings and let guests top their glass with their preferred fizz.
