Ingredients

fresh mint leaves

fresh lime juice

simple syrup
or 2 tsp sugar

white rum

white crème de cacao

club soda
ice cubes

Instructions
Add mint leaves, lime juice, and simple syrup to the shaker.
Gently muddle to release mint oils without bitterness.
Add white rum and crème de cacao.
Add ice and shake for 10–15 seconds.
Strain into a glass over fresh ice.
Top with club soda and stir gently.
Garnish with a mint sprig and lime wedge.
Notes
Use fresh lime juice for brightness. Crushed ice chills quickly and enhances texture. Clap the mint before garnishing to intensify aroma.
