Ingredients

  • 1 shot Irish whiskey
  • 1 shot coffee liqueur optional
  • 4 oz hot coffee or espresso
  • 2 oz white chocolate chopped or chips
  • 2 oz hot milk or cream
  • whipped cream for topping
  • ground cinnamon or grated chocolate for garnish
  • sugar optional, to taste

Instructions

  • Brew your hot coffee or espresso and set it aside.
  • In a small saucepan, melt the white chocolate with hot milk or cream over low heat, stirring until smooth.
  • Pour the melted chocolate mixture into a heatproof mug.
  • Add in Irish whiskey and coffee liqueur (if using).
  • Stir in the hot coffee until blended.
  • Top with whipped cream and garnish with cinnamon or grated chocolate.

Notes

Espresso deepens the flavor, while regular coffee keeps it smooth. Adjust strength with extra whiskey or sweetness with sugar. Whipped cream and cinnamon enhance the cozy feel.
