  • Measuring cup
  • Citrus juicer
  • Ladle
  • Fine-mesh strainer
  • Wine glasses or mason jars
  • Ice bucket and tongs

  • 2 cups watermelon cubes or fresh watermelon juice
  • 2 white peaches or frozen peach slices
  • 1 mango peeled and diced
  • 1 lemon thinly sliced
  • 1 lime thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp honey or simple syrup
  • 1/4 cup brandy use white grape juice for non-alcoholic version
  • 1 cup sparkling water or club soda, to add just before serving
  • mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  • Slice and dice the watermelon, peaches, mango, lemon, and lime; add to a large pitcher.
  • Add honey (or simple syrup) and stir gently to coat the fruit.
  • Pour in the white wine and brandy (or white grape juice for a non-alcoholic version); stir to combine.
  • Chill for at least 2 hours so the flavors meld.
  • Right before serving, add sparkling water or club soda for fizz; stir gently.
  • Ladle into glasses with some fruit in each and garnish with mint leaves.

Notes

Taste before chilling and adjust sweetness as needed. Swap strawberries or pineapple for the mango if desired. Rosé also works well in place of white wine. For the best texture and flavor, serve well chilled and finish the batch the same day.
