Ingredients

  • 6 cups fresh watermelon chunks seeds removed
  • 2 limes zest and juice
  • 1/4 cup honey or agave nectar
  • 1 cup cold water
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish
  • Ice cubes
  • Sparkling water optional

Instructions

  • Cut watermelon into 1-inch chunks.
  • Add watermelon, lime juice, and honey to the blender.
  • Blend until smooth, about 30 seconds.
  • Pour mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a pitcher.
  • Add cold water and stir well.
  • Zest both limes using a microplane.
