Ingredients

  • 2 ripe peaches or 1 cup peach puree/nectar/juice
  • 1 cup sparkling grape juice or sparkling apple cider
  • 0.5 cup non-alcoholic sparkling wine (optional)
  • club soda or ginger ale (to taste, for sweetness/fizz)
  • ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  • Wash, peel, and chop peaches. Blend until smooth; strain to remove pulp.
  • Spoon 2–3 tablespoons of puree into each champagne flute.
  • Top slowly with sparkling grape juice or apple cider.
  • Add a splash of non-alcoholic sparkling wine if desired. Stir gently to keep the fizz.
  • Add club soda or ginger ale to adjust sweetness and bubbles as needed. Serve ice cold.

Notes

Sparkling grape juice makes this sweeter, while apple cider adds a crisp edge. Use peach nectar to save time, and chill glasses for the best refreshment. Prep puree ahead for batch drinks!
