0.5cupnon-alcoholic sparkling wine(optional)
club soda or ginger ale(to taste, for sweetness/fizz)

Instructions
Wash, peel, and chop peaches. Blend until smooth; strain to remove pulp.
Spoon 2–3 tablespoons of puree into each champagne flute.
Top slowly with sparkling grape juice or apple cider.
