Equipment

  • Cocktail shaker
  • Jigger
  • Strainer
  • Martini glass or coupe
  • Small plate or saucer
  • Bar spoon
  • Grater or peeler

Ingredients

  • 2 oz vanilla vodka
  • 1 oz white chocolate liqueur
  • 1 oz white crème de cacao
  • 1 oz half-and-half or heavy cream
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract optional
  • chocolate syrup for glass decoration
  • shaved chocolate or white chocolate shavings for garnish

Instructions

  • Chill your martini glass or coupe in the freezer or with ice water.
  • Add vodka, white chocolate liqueur, crème de cacao, cream, and vanilla extract to a shaker with ice.
  • Shake for about 15 seconds until cold.
  • Dump the ice from your chilled glass, if used.
  • Optional: drizzle chocolate syrup around the inside of the glass.
  • Strain the cocktail into the prepared glass.
  • Garnish with shaved chocolate or white chocolate shavings.

Notes

Use vanilla vodka for extra flavor or plain vodka with added vanilla extract. Adjust richness with more or less cream. For dessert flair, decorate the rim with syrup or shavings.
