Vanilla Cream Soda Mocktail

Vanilla Cream Soda Mocktail Recipe
This vanilla cream soda mocktail is smooth, sweet, and fizzy—like a soda shop treat, but alcohol-free. Creamy vanilla, bubbly soda, and a whipped cream top make it fun for parties or just a solo treat.

Equipment

  • Tall glass
  • Measuring spoons
  • Small whisk or spoon
  • Cocktail shaker (optional)
  • Straw
  • Ice scoop
  • Serving spoon

Ingredients

  • 0.75 cup sparkling water or club soda
  • 1-2 tbsp vanilla syrup or to taste
  • 2 tbsp half & half, heavy cream, or vanilla coffee creamer
  • whipped cream for topping
  • 1 drop vanilla extract optional, if no syrup
  • 1 maraschino cherry for garnish
  • ground cinnamon or cinnamon stick optional, for garnish
  • ice cubes

Instructions

  • Fill a tall glass halfway with ice cubes.
  • Pour in sparkling water or club soda until the glass is two-thirds full.
  • Add vanilla syrup and stir gently.
  • Slowly pour in half & half, heavy cream, or creamer. Stir gently with a spoon or straw until creamy and blended.
  • Top with whipped cream and a maraschino cherry.
  • Sprinkle with ground cinnamon or add a cinnamon stick, if desired.

Notes

Club soda gives punchier fizz, while sparkling water makes it lighter. Add more syrup for a sweeter drink, or just a drop of vanilla extract if you’re out of syrup. Pour cream slowly to avoid fizz overflow. Layer the cream on top for a float-style look, or stir it in for full creaminess. Chill all ingredients first for best texture.
