Instructions
Brew your chai tea and let it cool down.
Fill your glass halfway with ice cubes.
Pour the cooled chai tea over the ice.
Add in the vanilla syrup or extract, honey or maple syrup, cinnamon, cardamom, and nutmeg.
Stir it up with a long spoon or a whisk until everything’s mixed.
Gently pour in the sparkling water, soda water, or club soda.
Give it another gentle stir.
If you’re feeling a little extra, top with whipped cream.
Pop in a cinnamon stick, star anise, or a couple of cloves for garnish.
Notes
Make your chai tea strong for the best flavor. Swap maple syrup for honey for a deeper taste. Add extra spices or citrus if you want more kick. Whipped cream is optional, but it adds a special touch.
