strong black tea or chai concentrate

Instructions
Brew your black tea or chai concentrate and let it cool.
In a saucepan, simmer spices with honey or maple syrup to make chai syrup. Strain and let cool.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
Add vanilla vodka, chai syrup, cooled tea, and orange bitters. Shake well.
Strain into a punch bowl filled with ice.
Pour in sparkling water and stir gently.
Garnish with cinnamon sticks, star anise, or grated nutmeg before serving.
Notes
Adjust sweetness with honey or maple syrup. Serve warm by skipping ice and reheating the tea base. Garnishes enhance aroma and presentation.
