This Vanilla Chai Cooler Mocktail is a sweet and spicy blend of chai tea, creamy coconut or almond milk, and vanilla syrup. Served chilled over ice, it's a refreshing twist on classic chai, perfect for any season and family friendly.
1tablespoonchai spiceor mix of cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, and cloves
1tablespoonmaple syrupor sweetener of choice, optional

ground cinnamon or nutmegfor garnish, optional
Instructions
Heat water in a saucepan until almost boiling. Pour over tea bags and cinnamon stick in a pitcher; steep 5 minutes.
Remove tea bags and cinnamon stick. Stir in chai spice until dissolved.
Add coconut or almond milk and vanilla syrup. Whisk until smooth.
Let cool to room temperature.
Fill glasses with ice. Pour cooled chai mixture over ice.
Garnish with ground cinnamon or nutmeg if desired. Serve immediately.
