Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen blackberries
  • 1 cup club soda for fizz
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup plain or vanilla yogurt for creaminess
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional, for sweetness
  • ice cubes a few, for chill
  • fresh berries or mint leaves optional, for garnish

Instructions

  • Add frozen mixed berries, blackberries, yogurt, honey or maple syrup (if using), vanilla extract, and ice cubes to a blender.
  • Blend on high until smooth and creamy (about 1 minute).
  • Pour smoothie into a cocktail shaker.
  • Add club soda, close, and gently shake to mix without losing fizz.
  • Carefully pour into tall glasses.
  • Garnish with fresh berries or mint if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

Frozen berries make this thick and cold. Use fresh berries with extra ice if needed. For dairy-free, use coconut yogurt. Adjust honey/maple syrup to taste. Don’t overshake the club soda. Play with garnishes for a party look!
