This creamy, cozy mocktail features almond milk, vanilla, eggnog, and warm spices for a lighter, dairy-free twist on classic holiday nog. Perfect for festive sipping—served cold or warm!
2cupsunsweetened almond milk or vanilla almond milk
1cupdairy-free eggnog or almond milk eggnog
1tspvanilla extract
0.5tspground cinnamon
0.25tspground nutmeg
Pinch ground gingeroptional
1-2tspmaple syrup or honeyoptional, for sweetness

Extra cinnamon or nutmegfor topping
Instructions
Add almond milk, eggnog, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger to a cocktail shaker. Shake until frothy (20–30 seconds).
Taste and add maple syrup or honey if desired. Strain into serving glasses.
Sprinkle extra cinnamon or nutmeg on top. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
