Ingredients

  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk or vanilla almond milk
  • 1 cup dairy-free eggnog or almond milk eggnog
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 0.25 tsp ground nutmeg
  • Pinch ground ginger optional
  • 1-2 tsp maple syrup or honey optional, for sweetness
  • Cinnamon sticks for garnish
  • Extra cinnamon or nutmeg for topping

Instructions

  • Add almond milk, eggnog, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger to a cocktail shaker. Shake until frothy (20–30 seconds).
  • Taste and add maple syrup or honey if desired. Strain into serving glasses.
  • Sprinkle extra cinnamon or nutmeg on top. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
  • For a warm version, heat almond milk and eggnog in a saucepan before mixing in the spices and vanilla.

Notes

Unsweetened almond milk lets you control the sweetness. For a richer drink, use vanilla almond milk. Serve warm in mugs or cold in chilled glasses. Whisk or shake for extra creaminess.
