Equipment

  • A large punch bowl is essential to mix everything together.
  • I also recommend a ladle for easy serving.
  • A measuring cup will help you get the right amounts of each ingredient.
  • Grab a knife and cutting board to prepare any fresh fruits you want to add.
  • Fresh fruit makes the punch look more festive. ✨
  • Lastly, don’t forget glasses to serve your delicious creation!

Ingredients

This punch needs a few tasty ingredients:

  • 1 liter of cranberry juice
  • 750 ml bottle of sparkling white wine
  • 1 cup of pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup of peach schnapps
  • Ice cubes

For garnish:

  • Fresh strawberries
  • Lemon slices

Feel free to adjust the quantities to suit your taste. You can swap sparkling white wine with a non-alcoholic version if you prefer. The mix of fruity flavors makes it refreshing and festive. 🍓🍍

Instructions

  • First, pour the cranberry juice and pineapple juice into your punch bowl. Give it a gentle stir to blend them together.
  • Next, slowly add the sparkling white wine. Stir gently.
  • Add in the peach schnapps for a sweet kick. Toss in ice cubes to keep the punch cool.
  • For a festive touch, drop in some strawberry slices and lemon slices to float on the top. 🥂

Notes

I like to make this punch a couple of hours ahead and chill it in the fridge to let the flavors mix well. If kids are joining the party, I substitute the alcohol with a sparkling grape juice. It's a lovely non-alcoholic option that everyone can enjoy! 🍇
You can also try experimenting with different fruit combinations. Just remember, whatever you choose, a little sparkle always adds to the charm. Enjoy, and let me know how yours turns out! 😊💖
