  • Measuring cups

Ingredients

  • 4 cups pineapple juice fresh or 100% juice
  • 2 cups coconut cream
  • 1 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • 2 cups ginger ale
  • 1 cup sparkling water
  • Fresh pineapple chunks for garnish
  • Maraschino cherries for garnish
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  • Chill all liquid ingredients for at least 2 hours before mixing.
  • Pour pineapple juice, coconut cream, orange juice, and lime juice into the punch bowl.
  • Stir the mixture gently until the coconut cream is well combined.
  • Add ginger ale and sparkling water just before serving to keep the fizz.
  • Float fresh pineapple chunks in the punch.
  • Place maraschino cherries and extra pineapple chunks on cocktail picks for garnish.

Notes

Store any leftover punch without ice in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
Fresh juices make the best flavor, but bottled juices work well too.
For a frozen version, blend the mixture with ice until slushy.
Replace ginger ale with lemon-lime soda for a different taste.
Add mint leaves for extra freshness and color.
