- 2 cups passionfruit pulp about 8-10 fresh passionfruits
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- ½ cup fresh lime juice about 4 limes
- ¼ cup coconut cream
- 3 cups sparkling water or soda water
- 2 tablespoons simple syrup or honey
- Ice cubes
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
- Pineapple wedges for garnish
- Edible flowers optional
For a sweeter drink, add more simple syrup. You can substitute frozen passionfruit pulp if fresh isn't available. The coconut cream adds richness, but you can use coconut water for a lighter version.
