This tropical twist on the classic Paloma mixes tequila, pineapple juice, grapefruit soda, and lime for a bright, sweet-tart, and refreshing summer cocktail.
Rub a lime wedge around the rim of your glass and dip in salt if desired.
Fill the glass halfway with ice.
Add tequila, pineapple juice, and lime juice to a shaker with ice.
Shake for about 10 seconds.
Strain into your prepared glass.
Top with grapefruit soda and gently stir.
Garnish with a grapefruit wedge or pineapple slice.

Chill your glass ahead for best results. No grapefruit soda? Mix grapefruit juice and club soda. Freeze pineapple chunks for use as ice cubes to boost flavor.
