Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes peeled and chopped
  • 2 cups Sprite chilled
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup coconut cream
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • Mint leaves for garnish
  • Mango slices for garnish
  • Lime wheels for garnish

Instructions

  • Peel and chop the mangoes into small chunks.
  • Add mango chunks to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour the mango puree into a large pitcher.
  • Add pineapple juice, lime juice, and coconut cream to the pitcher.
  • Stir the mixture well with a long spoon.
  • Add the chilled Sprite slowly to prevent excess fizzing.
  • Fill serving glasses with ice cubes.
  • Pour the mocktail mixture into glasses.
  • Garnish each glass with mint leaves, mango slices, and lime wheels.

Notes

The mocktail tastes best when served right away. The Sprite will lose its fizz if stored too long.
Store any leftover mixture without Sprite in an airtight container for up to 24 hours.
For a sweeter drink, add 1-2 tablespoons of simple syrup.
Replace regular ice cubes with frozen mango chunks to prevent diluting.
Fresh mango works better than frozen for the puree texture.
