Ingredients

  • 2 oz Tito’s Handmade Vodka
  • 3 oz chilled chai tea unsweetened preferred
  • 1 oz vanilla syrup
  • 0.5 oz lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz lime juice
  • 0.5 oz pineapple juice
  • club soda splash, optional
  • fresh ginger slice optional, muddled
  • raspberries for garnish
  • ice cubes

Instructions

  • Brew chai tea and let cool completely.
  • Fill cocktail shaker with ice.
  • Add vodka, chai tea, vanilla syrup, lemon juice, lime juice, and pineapple juice.
  • Shake well for about 15 seconds until chilled.
  • Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
  • Top with a splash of club soda if desired.
  • Garnish with raspberries or a thin slice of ginger.

Notes

Adjust vanilla syrup for sweetness. Try a splash of milk or almond milk for a creamier version. Unsweetened chai keeps the drink balanced and not too sweet. Switch up the juice for a different fruit twist if you like.
