  • Cocktail shaker
  • Muddler or spoon
  • Jigger
  • Strainer
  • Highball or stemless wine glass
  • Bar spoon
  • Ice cubes

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Tito’s Handmade Vodka
  • 2 oz fresh grapefruit juice
  • 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
  • 0.5 oz agave nectar or simple syrup
  • 2 oz sparkling water or up to 3 oz, to taste
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary
  • ice cubes

Instructions

  • Fill shaker with ice.
  • Add vodka, grapefruit juice, lime juice, and agave nectar.
  • Muddle a rosemary sprig gently in the shaker.
  • Shake until chilled.
  • Strain into a glass packed with ice.
  • Top with sparkling water and stir gently.
  • Garnish with an extra rosemary sprig.

Notes

Use tart grapefruit juice for the brightest flavor; add extra agave nectar for a sweeter sip. Mint can substitute for rosemary if desired. Rim your glass with salt for a Paloma-style twist.
