Equipment

  • Large pitcher or glass jug
  • Long wooden spoon
  • Sharp knife
  • Cutting Board
  • Citrus juicer (optional)
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Wine glasses or tumblers
  • Small ladle

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle dry red wine Pinot Noir or Tempranillo
  • 0.5 cup Tito’s Handmade Vodka
  • 0.25 cup brandy
  • 0.25 cup simple syrup sweeten to taste
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 orange sliced into rounds
  • 1 lemon sliced into rounds
  • 1 apple diced
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 cup ginger ale or sparkling water for topping

Instructions

  • Slice the orange, lemon, and apple into thin pieces.
  • Place all the fruit into the bottom of a large pitcher.
  • Pour in the wine, Tito’s vodka, and brandy.
  • Stir in the orange juice, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
  • Add the cinnamon sticks and give it a gentle mix.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight).
  • Right before serving, top with ginger ale or sparkling water.
  • Stir again and ladle into glasses, ensuring each glass gets some fruit.

Notes

Use a dry red wine for the best balance. Adjust sweetness with more or less simple syrup. For a less boozy version, skip the brandy and add extra juice. Ginger ale gives a sweeter finish, while sparkling water keeps it lighter and drier.
