Ingredients

  • 2 oz Tito’s Handmade Vodka
  • 0.75 oz gingerbread syrup store-bought or homemade
  • 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
  • 4 oz spicy ginger beer
  • Ice cubes
  • Garnish lime wheel, candied ginger, or cinnamon stick

Instructions

  • Fill a copper mug with ice cubes.
  • Add Tito’s Handmade Vodka with your jigger.
  • Pour in the gingerbread syrup.
  • Squeeze and measure out fresh lime juice.
  • Top it all off with spicy ginger beer.
  • Stir gently with a bar spoon—don’t go wild or you’ll lose the fizz.

Notes

Homemade gingerbread syrup adds extra flavor—simmer brown sugar, molasses, ginger, cinnamon, and cloves with water, then strain. If too sweet, add extra lime. For a stronger ginger kick, use “extra spicy” ginger beer. A copper mug keeps the drink colder and enhances the flavors.
