  • Rocks glass
  • Large ice cube or sphere

Ingredients

  • 1 oz gin
  • 1 oz Lillet Blanc
  • 1 oz Suze (gentian liqueur) Salers can substitute
  • 1 twist lemon peel garnish
  • ice

Instructions

  • Fill a mixing glass with ice.
  • Add gin, Lillet Blanc, and Suze.
  • Stir for 20–30 seconds until well-chilled.
  • Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
  • Express a lemon twist over the top and drop it in.

Notes

Serve as an aperitif. For a slightly sweeter balance, increase Lillet Blanc to taste. Use quality ice and chilled ingredients for clarity and crispness.
