Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz gin
  • 0.5 oz raspberry liqueur Chambord works well
  • 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup
  • 2 oz sparkling wine or Prosecco, chilled
  • 1 fresh raspberries or lemon twist garnish
  • ice

Instructions

  • Fill your shaker halfway with ice.
  • Add gin, raspberry liqueur, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
  • Shake hard for about 10 seconds until well-chilled.
  • Double strain into a chilled coupe.
  • Top gently with chilled sparkling wine.
  • Garnish with a raspberry or lemon twist and serve immediately.

Notes

Adjust simple syrup to taste to balance sweetness and acidity. If you’re out of raspberry liqueur, muddle a few fresh raspberries with sugar before shaking. Serve right away to keep the fizz lively.
