Instructions
Fill a mixing glass with ice.
Add gin, sweet vermouth, Fernet-Branca, and orange bitters.
Stir for 20–25 seconds until well-chilled.
Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass.
Express an orange peel over the top and garnish.
Notes
For a bolder herbal profile, increase Fernet-Branca slightly. Always stir (don’t shake) to keep the texture silky and clear.
