Ingredients

  • 2 oz gin London dry recommended
  • 0.75 oz sweet vermouth
  • 0.25 oz Fernet-Branca
  • 1 dash orange bitters
  • 1 twist orange peel garnish
  • ice

Instructions

  • Fill a mixing glass with ice.
  • Add gin, sweet vermouth, Fernet-Branca, and orange bitters.
  • Stir for 20–25 seconds until well-chilled.
  • Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass.
  • Express an orange peel over the top and garnish.

Notes

For a bolder herbal profile, increase Fernet-Branca slightly. Always stir (don’t shake) to keep the texture silky and clear.
