  • Coupe glass
  • Bar spoon
  • Citrus juicer
  • Ice

Ingredients

  • 2 oz gin London Dry preferred
  • 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 0.75 oz simple syrup
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • lemon twist or slice for garnish

Instructions

Notes

Use fresh lemon and good gin for the best flavor. Adjust syrup for sweetness. Bitters add subtle spice—swap for orange bitters for a twist. Double strain for a cleaner pour. Serve cold and enjoy!
