Ingredients

  • 1 oz sweet vermouth Carpano Antica recommended
  • 0.25 oz lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 dash orange bitters

Instructions

  • Fill a mixing glass with ice.
  • Add Cynar, sweet vermouth, lemon juice, and orange bitters.
  • Stir for about 20–25 seconds until well chilled.
  • Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
  • Garnish with a lemon twist, expressing the oils over the surface before adding.
