Add bourbon, tangerine juice, lemon juice, and syrup to the shaker.
Fill with ice and shake for 15–20 seconds until cold.
Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
Garnish with tangerine slice or twist.
Notes
Bourbon with vanilla or caramel notes pairs great with citrus. Mandarins or clementines work if tangerines aren’t available. For a lighter version, use less bourbon and more juice. Serve over a big ice cube for best results.
