  • Cocktail shaker
  • Highball glass
  • Measuring jigger

Ingredients

  • 1 oz light rum
  • 1 oz dark rum Gosling's preferred
  • 0.5 oz falernum or orgeat syrup
  • 0.5 oz grenadine
  • 1 oz lime juice fresh
  • 1 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 oz orange juice
  • 2-3 dashes Angostura bitters
  • crushed ice to fill glass
  • mint sprig for garnish

Instructions

  • Fill a highball glass halfway with crushed ice.
  • Add light rum, dark rum, falernum, lime juice, pineapple juice, and orange juice.
  • Spin a swizzle stick between your palms to mix and chill until the glass frosts up.
  • Top with more crushed ice. Drizzle in grenadine and give a gentle swirl.
  • Add 2–3 dashes of Angostura bitters on top and garnish with mint.

Notes

Crushed ice is key for texture. Use orgeat for a nutty twist. For a punchier drink, add more dark rum. Fresh juices make all the difference—enjoy immediately for peak refreshment!
