This creamy, cozy mocktail blends cooked sweet potato, milk, warm spices, and maple syrup for a satisfying, nourishing shake. Perfect for breakfast, dessert, or an afternoon treat—no alcohol needed!
Cook sweet potato (boil 15 min or microwave 5–7 min). Let cool and peel.
Blend sweet potato, milk, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, and salt until smooth and creamy.
Add ice cubes and blend again if you want it colder and thicker.
Pour into glass or jar. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg if desired. Serve right away with a straw.
Notes
Roast the sweet potato for a richer flavor. Oat milk gives extra creaminess. Use less syrup for a less sweet shake, or honey instead. Chopped nuts on top are great for texture.
