Instructions
Fill your cocktail shaker with ice.
Add gin, plum syrup (or brandy), and lemon juice.
Shake for 10–15 seconds until well chilled.
Strain into a chilled champagne flute or coupe glass.
Top with sparkling wine.
Garnish with a plum slice on a cocktail pick.
Notes
For a lighter drink, use extra sparkling wine or swap with soda water. Try plum brandy for a richer flavor. A sugared rim or fresh plum wedge makes a great garnish.
