Equipment

  • Shot glass
  • Cocktail shaker
  • Small plate or dish
  • Jigger or measuring spoon
  • Strainer
  • Spoon or spatula

Ingredients

  • 1 oz vanilla vodka
  • 1 oz Baileys Irish Cream or any Irish cream
  • 0.5 oz amaretto
  • 1 oz half & half or milk
  • vanilla frosting for rimming glass
  • colorful sprinkles for rimming glass
  • ice cubes

Instructions

  • Frost the rim of your shot glass with vanilla frosting. Roll in sprinkles until coated.
  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Add vodka, Irish cream, amaretto, and half & half. Shake for about 10 seconds.
  • Strain into your rimmed shot glass. Serve right away.

Notes

Sub milk or dairy-free creamer if you like. For more almond, add extra amaretto. Make a big batch and rim glasses just before pouring. Top with a pinch of cinnamon if desired for extra cookie flavor.
