Equipment

  • Blender
  • Cutting board and knife
  • Citrus juicer
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Fine-mesh strainer
  • Pitcher
  • Glasses
  • Spoon or stirrer

Ingredients

  • 3 cups fresh watermelon cubed (or frozen for thicker texture)
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries hulled (or frozen)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or honey simple syrup (swap agave for vegan)
  • 0.5 cup coconut water or plain water
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • ice cubes for serving

Instructions

  • Cut the watermelon and strawberries into chunks.
  • Add watermelon, strawberries, coconut water, lime juice, and honey into a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and well combined.
  • Taste and adjust the sweetness with more honey or lime juice if needed.
  • Strain through a fine mesh strainer for a smoother drink if desired.
  • Pour the mocktail into a pitcher and chill for 15–20 minutes.
  • Serve over ice in tall glasses. Garnish with a strawberry slice or watermelon wedge if desired.

Notes

For a slushier drink, use frozen fruit and skip the ice. Adjust honey to match the sweetness of your fruit. Coconut water keeps things light and hydrating—plain water works too. Best served freshly blended for maximum flavor and color. Easily double for a party!
