Equipment

  • Blender
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Mixing glass or shaker
  • Fine-mesh strainer
  • Tall glass
  • Spoon or stirrer
  • Knife and cutting board

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries hulled and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon honey or more if you like it sweeter
  • 1 tablespoon simple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 0.5 cup almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup tonic water chilled
  • ice cubes
  • extra strawberry slices for garnish

Instructions

  • Toss strawberries, honey, simple syrup, lemon juice, and lime juice into a blender.
  • Blend until smooth, then strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer to remove seeds.
  • Pour the strawberry puree into a mixing glass over ice.
  • Stir in the almond milk and Greek yogurt until creamy.
  • Add vanilla extract and gently mix.
  • Top off with chilled tonic water for fizz. Stir again and taste—add more sweetener if desired.
  • Pour into a tall glass and garnish with strawberry slices.

Notes

Use ripe strawberries for best flavor. Swap almond milk for regular milk if desired. Adjust sweetness and citrus to taste. Serve cold over ice for max refreshment. Greek yogurt makes it creamy but not heavy—stir well to blend. Add more tonic for extra fizz. Garnish with strawberries for a pretty finish.
