Equipment

  • Blender
  • Large punch bowl
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Mixing spoon
  • Knife and cutting board
  • Cups or glasses
  • Ice scoop

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries hulled and sliced
  • 2 cups pineapple juice
  • 1 cup sparkling water
  • 1 cup lemon-lime soda
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 0.5 cup pineapple chunks fresh or canned, drained
  • fresh strawberries for garnish
  • fresh mint sprigs for garnish

Instructions

  • Toss the sliced strawberries into the blender and puree until smooth.
  • Pour the strawberry puree into a large punch bowl.
  • Stir in the pineapple juice until well blended.
  • Add the sparkling water and lemon-lime soda. Stir gently to preserve the fizz.
  • Mix in the pineapple chunks for extra texture.
  • Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the punch over the ice.
  • Top each glass with a fresh strawberry and a sprig of mint.

Notes

Use fresh or canned pineapple juice. For lighter punch, increase sparkling water and reduce soda. Chill the puree and juice ahead for best fizz. Blend pineapple chunks with strawberries for a thicker texture. Garnish just before serving for freshness.
