  • Cutting board and knife
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Pitcher
  • Strainer
  • Tall glasses
  • Wooden spoon

Ingredients

  • 2 cups black tea or green tea chilled
  • 0.5 cup peach puree or thin peach slices
  • 0.5 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice or lime juice
  • 0.5 cup sparkling water, club soda, or ginger ale
  • fresh mint leaves or basil leaves for garnish
  • ice cubes
  • optional: edible flowers for garnish

Instructions

  • Brew your tea ahead of time and let it chill.
  • Toss peach puree, frozen strawberries, and honey into a shaker.
  • Add lemon or lime juice and shake until the fruit blends and the honey dissolves.
  • Strain everything into a pitcher filled with ice.
  • Pour in the chilled tea.
  • Stir in sparkling water, club soda, or ginger ale—slowly, to keep the fizz.
  • Serve in glasses and garnish with mint, basil, or edible flowers.

Notes

Tweak sweetness to taste—honey for warmth, maple syrup for depth. Add more citrus for tang. Serve immediately for best fizz. Keep the tea base in the fridge and add fruit and soda right before serving. Edible flowers make it extra pretty for parties!
