Strawberry Orange Blossom Cocktail

Strawberry Orange Blossom Cocktail Recipe
This lively cocktail balances sweet strawberries, citrus, and a gentle hint of orange blossom for a fresh, floral sip. Gin, lemon, lime, and orange bitters keep it bright and complex, but it’s easy to make and totally refreshing.

Equipment

  • Cocktail shaker
  • Muddler
  • Fine-mesh strainer
  • Jigger or measuring tool
  • Bar spoon
  • Small knife and cutting board
  • Rocks glass or coupe glass

Ingredients

  • 3 fresh strawberries hulled and sliced
  • 2 oz gin
  • 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup
  • 2 dashes orange bitters
  • 3 drops orange blossom water
  • ice cubes
  • strawberry slice or lemon twist for garnish

Instructions

  • Put strawberries in shaker and muddle until juicy.
  • Add gin, lemon juice, lime juice, syrup, bitters, and orange blossom water.
  • Add ice and shake hard for about 15–20 seconds.
  • Strain into a chilled glass over fresh ice, or serve it up neat.
  • Garnish with a strawberry slice or a lemon twist.

Notes

If your strawberries are very ripe, reduce the syrup. Add more lemon for extra tartness. Serve in a rocks glass with ice or a coupe glass neat. If out of orange blossom water, just skip it—don't sub in something else.
