4fresh strawberriesplus 1 for garnish
6mint leavesplus extra for garnish
2ozvodka
1ozfresh lime juice
1ozsimple syrup
Club soda

Instructions
Wash and hull the strawberries. Cut 4 strawberries into quarters.
Place the cut strawberries and mint leaves in the cocktail shaker. Muddle gently until the strawberries release their juice.
Add vodka, lime juice, and simple syrup to the shaker.
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds.
Fill a highball glass with fresh ice cubes.
Strain the mixture into the glass through a fine-mesh strainer.
Top with club soda and stir gently.
Garnish with a fresh strawberry and mint sprig.
