Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup mango chunks frozen or fresh pieces
  • 1.5 cup Moscato wine use sparkling grape juice for a mocktail
  • 1-2 tbsp honey, agave syrup, or maple syrup to taste
  • 1 lime juice of
  • 1.5-2 cup ice
  • fresh mint leaves optional, for garnish

Instructions

  • Add strawberries, mango, and ice to a blender.
  • Pour in Moscato and the lime juice.
  • Add honey, agave, or maple syrup to taste.
  • Blend on high until smooth and thick; adjust consistency with more wine/juice or ice as needed.
  • Pour into chilled glasses and garnish with mint. Serve immediately.
  • For a make-ahead option, freeze the blend and re-blend briefly before serving.

Notes

Use frozen fruit for the best slushy texture. If substituting sparkling grape juice, stir it in after blending to preserve bubbles.
