  • Fine mesh strainer (optional)
  • Measuring cups and spoons

  • Tall glasses
  • Ice cube tray
  • Citrus juicer

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries hulled
  • 1 ripe mango peeled and diced
  • 1 cup mango juice or orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup to taste
  • 0.5 cup sparkling water or club soda
  • fresh mint leaves for garnish
  • ice cubes

Instructions

  • Wash and cut the strawberries and mango into small pieces.
  • Puree the fruit in a bowl or blender until smooth.
  • Stir in lime juice and honey (or maple syrup) until blended.
  • Add mango juice or orange juice and blend again until mixed.
  • Fill glasses with ice cubes.
  • Pour the fruit mixture over the ice, filling halfway.
  • Top with sparkling water or club soda for fizz.
  • Stir gently and garnish with fresh mint leaves.

Notes

Fresh or frozen fruit works. Adjust sweetness as needed. Orange juice adds a sweeter twist. Double or triple for a crowd. Mint leaves boost the aroma and refreshment.
