Equipment

  • Blender
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Pitcher or large mixing bowl
  • Knife
  • Cutting Board
  • Citrus juicer
  • Freezer-safe container
  • Serving glasses
  • Straws or spoons

Ingredients

  • 2 cup strawberries fresh or frozen, hulled
  • 1 cup lemonade or prepared frozen lemonade concentrate
  • 1 cup vodka or strawberry vodka
  • 2 cup ice cubes
  • 2 tbsp simple syrup adjust to taste
  • lemon slices for garnish
  • mint leaves optional, for garnish

Instructions

  • Add strawberries, lemonade, vodka, ice, and simple syrup to a blender.
  • Blend on high until smooth and slushy; taste and adjust sweetness or tartness as needed.
  • If the mixture is thin, add more ice or frozen berries and blend again.
  • Pour into chilled glasses and garnish with lemon slices and optional mint.
  • Serve immediately while icy.

Notes

For a thicker texture, place the blended mix in the freezer for 15–20 minutes, then re-blend before serving. Make a mocktail by omitting vodka and adding extra lemonade or a splash of sparkling water. Leftovers can be frozen and re-blended to restore the slushy texture.
