Add the sliced strawberries and mint leaves to a cocktail shaker and muddle gently to release juices and oils.
Pour in tequila, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup (or agave), and lemonade.
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
Strain into a serving glass packed with crushed ice.
