Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries sliced
  • 1 medium cucumber thinly sliced
  • 8-10 fresh mint leaves
  • 4 cups sparkling water
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey or agave nectar
  • Ice cubes
  • Extra strawberries cucumber slices, and mint for garnish

Instructions

  • Add strawberries, cucumber slices, and mint leaves to the pitcher. Muddle gently to release the flavors.
  • Pour in the lime juice and honey. Stir until the honey dissolves completely.
  • Add sparkling water and stir gently to combine all ingredients.
  • Fill glasses with ice cubes. Strain the mixture into each glass.
  • Garnish with fresh strawberry slices, cucumber rounds, and mint sprigs.

Notes

Store any leftover mixture in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. The flavors will become stronger over time.
For best results, use ripe strawberries and a crisp cucumber.
Replace honey with agave nectar or simple syrup if needed.
