Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz vanilla vodka
  • 1 oz strawberry liqueur or strawberry syrup
  • 1 oz half-and-half or cream
  • 0.5 oz white chocolate liqueur optional
  • crushed strawberry shortcake cookies or freeze-dried strawberries for rim
  • ice cubes for shaking
  • fresh strawberry or cookie crumble for garnish

Instructions

  • Crush cookies (or freeze‑dried strawberries) into fine crumbs and spread on a small plate.
  • Wet the rim of a coupe or rocks glass with a little cream or syrup, then dip into the crumbs to coat. Chill the glass.
  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add vanilla vodka, strawberry liqueur (or syrup), half‑and‑half (or cream), and white chocolate liqueur (if using).
  • Shake hard for ~15 seconds until the shaker feels icy cold.
  • Strain into the prepared glass. Garnish with a strawberry slice or a sprinkle of cookie crumbs and serve immediately.

Notes

Adjust sweetness by using liqueur (sweeter) vs. syrup, or add a splash more if needed. Swap cream for milk or oat milk for a lighter sip. For a frozen version, blend all ingredients with a handful of ice, then pour into a rimmed glass.
